Lyfery is proud to support the Estonian Golf & Country Club Youth Fund

Lyfery is not just life insurance – it’s life insurance supporting youth sports and healthy living. We believe every contract should be more than a financial safety net. By investing in young people’s health and opportunities, life insurance becomes a tool for change, not just protection.

That’s why Lyfery launched a new partnership model that links life insurance with supporting youth athletes. Our first pilot partner is the Estonian Golf & Country Club Youth Golfers’ Fund – a program that helps young golfers grow through focus, responsibility, and courtesy. For every contract, Lyfery contributes €100 to the fund if the customer chooses to support it.

This is just the beginning. By autumn, we aim to bring at least three new sports clubs from different fields and regions into the model. Our focus is on young people and organizations that encourage a conscious, responsible, and active lifestyle. For customers, this means a life insurance contract is not only personal protection but also a meaningful contribution to the next generation.

At Lyfery, we want to integrate youth sports into a larger ecosystem that also includes Lifestyle Score assessments and Wellness Talks. Together with partners who prioritize well-being and social responsibility, we are building a fairer and stronger society.

Founder Mihkel Mandre puts it simply: “Life insurance should not be just a document for rainy days. Our vision is to support life every day – through mental and physical well-being, community, and healthier habits.”

Hanno Kross, CEO of Estonian Golf & Country Club, agrees: “Golf is more than sport. It teaches focus, responsibility, and courtesy. Thanks to Lyfery’s support, more young people can grow up with these values.”

Lyfery invites sports clubs and organizations to join the movement. Together we can create a permanent system where life insurance is not only about financial security but also about social investment – supporting youth sports, health, and community.

The project “Technological development, testing, and demonstration of components of a healthy lifestyle scoring model” has received €34,580 in development grant support.

As part of the project, a model was developed to assess healthy lifestyle habits, enabling the cost-effective offering of life insurance that supports healthier living. The goal is to create a scalable, health-promoting product that can be expanded across Europe.

As a result of the project, the Lyfery app now measures lifestyle-related mortality risk on an individual customer basis.
